Plastic Scrap Granulator is a machine designed to cut and reduce plastic waste—such as runners, rejected parts, film, bottles, or pipes—into small, uniform granules or flakes that can be reused in the production process. It is a key tool in plastic recycling and waste management systems across manufacturing units.

1. Cutting Chamber

   • Houses the rotary and stationary blades.

   • Material is cut as it is fed through, producing consistent-sized granules.

2. Rotary Blades (Rotors)

   • Mounted on a rotating shaft, these blades spin at high speed to shear the material.

   • Typically made from hardened tool steel for durability.

3. Fixed Blades (Stators)

   • Positioned opposite the rotary blades, forming the shearing action.

   • The clearance between the blades determines cutting efficiency and granule quality.

4. Screen Mesh

   • Sits below the cutting chamber.

   • Controls the size of the final granules (e.g., 5–12 mm).

   • Only granules small enough pass through; larger pieces are re-cut.
