Vacuum Auto Loader is an automated material handling device used in plastic processing industries to transfer plastic granules or powders from a storage bin (or bag) to a processing machine, such as an injection molding machine, extruder, or blow molding unit. It uses vacuum suction to move materials efficiently, cleanly, and without manual intervention.

⚙️ Key Components

1. Vacuum Motor / Blower

   • Generates negative pressure to suck material through a hose into the loader hopper.

   • Available in single-phase or three-phase, depending on material load and distance.

2. Material Hopper (Loader Unit)

   • Installed on the feed port of the processing machine.

   • Collects and holds the material before feeding it into the machine.

3. Filter System

   • Captures dust or fines to protect the motor and maintain air flow.

   • Some models include self-cleaning filters for maintenance-free operation.

4. Conveying Hose / Pipe

   • Flexible or rigid piping that transports material from the source bin to the loader.

5. Control Panel / Timer

   • Allows programming of loading time, interval, and suction duration.

   • Some advanced systems support remote control or centralized material feeding.
